About Me
My interest in Health and wellbeing led me initially to train and work as a Registered Nurse. During which time my interest in other types of healing grew as I became more aware that the mental and emotional health of a person is as relevant as the physical health and that by only focusing on the physical, the root cause of physical symptoms is often left unresolved.
Over the last 25 years I have trained and qualified with; The British School of Reflexology, The London School of Aromatherapy and the Foundation of Integrated Energy healing.
As a professional therapist, I have continued to keep up to date with further training and development including, Advanced Reflexology Techniques (ART) Vertical Reflex Therapy (VRT) and Maternity Reflexology.
I am fully insured, and I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR) click here. I am an authorised member of the Vertical Reflex Therapy (VRT) network click here, and am also registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council
